Keeping aside the speed or accuracy of work,can you tell  the major difference between a machine and a human being? I tell you, machine is not answerable to anyone whereas a human being knows his duties and  responsibilities very well. The more dutiful and responsible is a human being , the more status he earns. In life you may face a number of situations where your responsibilities will clash with your unexpected priorities. Handling of such situations is an effective management. In  order to arrive at a right decision you should follow these steps:

• Classify your responsibilities on the merits of priorities
• Plan your activities
• Execute your work properly. Normally two  different responsibilities don’t  have the same importance. You have to be decisive to classify your responsibilities on the basis of priority. After setting aright your priorities , you have to plan your activities and have to manage and execute your actions You ought to know how you are going to do the work so that both time and money may not go futile.
